the sudden realiztion that I’m fat.
Alright so while browsing my iPhoto library, I found a few pictures of me from about a year ago. WOW! My how I have gained weight.. It’s not even cool how much weight I’ve gained. I now weigh about 200lbs, about a year ago I was would weigh in at about 165-175, sigh..
So what happened?
I know exactly what happened in the time that caused me to gain so much weight.
A CAR!
Yeah that’s right I got a car. I used to have to walk to work and back every day. In the lovely summers heat. I lost so much weigh and got into such good shape but then! I got my license and a car.. Bam! no more walking in the sun, I drove in the cool air of a car and ate junk food.So what are you going to do?
After seeing these pictures I know exactly what I’m going to do! I’m going to walk my ass into the gym and sign the fuck up!! Now I need to make a workout schedule! My idea is: Mon. Tue. Thur. Fri. after work for about an hour, since it’s on the way I can easily stop there for a little while and do work out.
