The infamous iPod Touch $20 upgrade.
I Agree!!!

Aside from everyone complaining about the Macbook Air, everyone else is complaining about paying $20 to upgrade their iPod Touch with new software. Well, stop it and get used to it. You purchased an iPod Touch and not an iPhone, iPhone users are paying AT&T monthly for their service, they didnt get a deal on the phones either, and Apple gets a cut of the monthly iPhone revenue. So in turn, iPhone users are already paying for these updates. Part of their contract is software updates. This however is not the case with the iPod Touch, there is no revenue after the initial sale (not counting iTunes store) and the developers will need to be paid for their work. $20 is a small price to pay for have the next best thing to an iPhone at no monthly cost to you.
The updates you are getting for $20 are pretty awesome and are honestly worth the price. Its cheaper than it just cost you to upgrade from Tiger to Leopard.
